Mio Technology will begin taking orders for the C310x map update DVD on July 16, 2007 on the Mio Technology web site, www.mio-tech.com. Offer dates and availability details at participating Circuit City locations to be announced soon.
Rumor also has it there is a firmware update, but the debate is if it is an upgrade to Win CE 5 or really just a firmware. Regardless, $15 is pretty reasonable if you ask me.

It wold be nice if you could offer a map set that could track you in the woods, off road. I had hoped to use my 550 in my Jeep doing trail riding and some extreme offroad. The software does not do so well off of roads.
