Thanks for the comment. You know, I know that there are a lot of hungry agents and brokers out there. Thankful, as a licensed agent, I got some other things I can fall back on, but the amount of emails in my Spam folder that are related to (Nice 3Bd/2BA in XXXXXX) is really frustrating. No doubt, that these agents, hungry in this down market are trying anything to drum up some business, and there are people preying upon them, (I get the solicitations, too). Thanks! Hey dreamweaver.

I have been (as a loan officer) guilty in my inexperienced (but shoulda known better) days of spamming. The basic gist was that i got to 600k agents.
