I’m still on the fence. I think most of the people are misguided, yet well intentioned. However, if you are using Twitter to gain financial freedom, you’ve got bigger problems, imho.

Future job or no, if someone follows me and appears to be a random internet marketer that I have no interest in – as evidenced by a very high number of people followed – I just block ‘em.

Excellent points! Ive been twittering for a year, but now that everyone is hawking something im thinking about re-thinking it!
