		<description>Hey Diana, thanks for the comment.  I agree, it&#039;s far from perfect.  But consider the employer point of view.  For that job you applied for, they probably received 100&#039;s or even 1000&#039;s of resumes.  Employers are constantly looking for ways to weed through the mountain of applicants, especially in this economy.

One place I interviewed did a personality test.  I had fun with it.  I didn&#039;t let it freak me out, I was honest, but drew pictures, asked questions back.  I thought it was bordering on being a jackass.  You know what? They called me back! They liked it!  Too bad, though, before the offer was made, the position was eliminated and redefined.  It was a good experience.</description>

it is a failed system! I applied for a bank job at TD latetly, I was asked to call in for an interview to find that I will ansswer to questions asked by a machine that will record my answers, how lame and square is that? I hanged up obviously they are not the employers I want to work for.</description>
